Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Full Refund Window
At PexAura (a platform owned by PexelParadox), we stand by our operational software quality. Users who have paid for any subscription tier (Starter, Growth, or Business) are eligible for a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of payment, provided that they have NOT actively consumed or used any paid features of the Platform.
"Used" features explicitly include:
- Sending any WhatsApp message broadcasts or transactional templates via official API.
- Activating the Meta Direct Sync integration hook and receiving ad leads inside your pipelines.
- Syncing and downloading any log metrics from your physical biometric attendance devices.
- Configuring multi-level Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone trees or processing inbound/outbound calls.
- Generating and downloading custom analytics spreadsheets.
2. No Refund Conditions
Under any of the following circumstances, PexelParadox will not issue refunds:
- If any paid feature list (outlined in Section 1) has been triggered, used, or processed, even partially, during the subscription cycle.
- If the refund request is filed after the lapse of the 14-day window.
- For ad-hoc top-up packs, usage credit balances, or telecom integration fees once purchased, as these charges are instantly consumed by downstream transit networks.
3. How to Submit a Refund Request
To file a compliant refund application, please send a structured request to info@pexaura.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Registered Email]".
Your email must contain the following records to be validated:
- Your registered account email address.
- The exact date the subscription invoice was paid.
- The official Razorpay Payment ID (located on your email receipt, e.g., pay_xxxxx).
Our billing desk will verify feature consumption logs within three (3) business days of receipt. Approved refund claims will be dispatched within seven (7) to ten (10) business days back to the original source account.
4. Pro-Rated and Partial Refunds
Pro-rated refunds are not standard practice for monthly plans. For annual subscription plans, if you request cancellation after the initial 14-day window, PexelParadox may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund for the remaining unused calendar months, deducting standard non-discounted monthly fees for the operational months.
5. Dispute and Chargeback Resolution
If you believe a duplicate billing transaction has occurred in error, please contact us at info@pexaura.com immediately before filing a formal chargeback dispute with your bank. Initiating a bank chargeback immediately suspends all cloud webhooks and CRM nodes across your business accounts.
6. Razorpay Processor Note
Our transactions are settled securely under compliance frameworks. Once our accounting department triggers your refund, Razorpay's standard settlement times (usually 5 to 7 business days) apply. This duration is strictly dependent on your banking provider's digital pipelines and cannot be accelerated by our support desks.
